What Does a Home Inspection Entail?

Before you agree to buy a home, you should always call on a professional home inspection company like HomeSpec, LLC to ensure all main components are in good shape. We work independently from realtors and other outside forces and can provide you with an unbiased, detailed view into exactly what you’re signing up for if you decide to go through with the home purchase.

A standard home inspection from HomeSpec, LLC can include the following:

  • Roof
  • Heating and cooling systems
  • Plumbing system and plumbing fixtures
  • Electrical system and electrical components
  • Basements, crawlspaces and foundation
  • Attic
  • Interior and exterior walls
  • Decks and porches
  • Fireplaces
  • Environmental issue testing and more!

A home inspection will typically take between an hour and a half to three hours but could take up to four hours depending on the size and condition of the home. As the potential home buyer, HomeSpec, LLC will invite you to join us so you can see the ins and outs of the home for yourself and ask questions along the way. Once the inspection is complete, you will receive a full report that includes thorough, detailed notes of our findings and any repair or remediation suggestions we might have.
